Daniel has an MA and PhD in linguistics and has consulted on language technology development for low-resource languages in over 15 countries. He lived abroad for 5 years in the Republic of Georgia and Russia and has extensive experience in linguistic documentation of endangered languages. Daniel is intimately aware of the multilingual complexity of the developing world and is passionate about bringing the energy and innovation of a technology company to solving this global infrastructure challenge.

Jonathan has an MA in computer science and a PhD in Machine Learning and worked at Meta as an AI Software Engineer where he lead their speaker identification technology initiative. Before that he worked as the tech lead and principal researcher at Sensory, a speech technology company.

Dillon is a PhD candidate in Computational Linguistics from University of Arizona. He has a BA in Linguistics from UC Berkeley, an MA in Language Technology from University of Arizona, and an MA in Teaching from USC. He was born in Oman and has lived in Lebanon and Azerbaijan.

Kerry has a degree in Global Studies and experience in small business development, monitoring and evaluation, and INGO strategic planning. She is bi-lingual (English, Russian) and has lived and worked abroad with speakers of minority languages.

Joanne has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Computer Science from Minnesota State University, along with Executive training from Yale University. Joanne is responsible for XRI's data compliance and capacity for scale. Joanne brings decades of experience in data management and governance with international experience including as PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Global Chief Data - Office Portfolio and Programme Director; Director of Enterprise Information at AMTRAK; Data Project Lead for the US Office of the Secretary of Defense; Enterprise Data Management Practice Manager and SME for the US Army and Air Force; IT Development Manager for the Administrative Offices of the US Courts; and Senior Consultant to the US Department of Justice on the National Courts System Statistical Reports for Congress.

Jeff has an MBA from Michigan State and has served as an Executive in both finance and HR roles for multi-billion dollar companies such as L3Harris, DynCorp International, and Raytheon. Jeff has a strategic responsibility for ensuring that XRI can scale efficiently and effectively according to industry best practices.

Micah has a BA in Computer Science and an MA in Linguistics and has built and deployed mobile apps for speakers of low-resource languages (e.g. Rohingya, Gondi, Kist) in multiple countries (India, Georgia, Bangladesh). Micah works to build and improve our ASR and machine translation systems. He is bilingual and works remotely from the Republic of Georgia.

Brett holds a BA from the City University of New York and an MBA from Columbia University. With over 30 years of business experience, Brett was credited with turning around a corporate division for the famed crisis management firm Kroll Associates, working with Fortune 500 clientele. Since 2003 Brett has launched a dozen language technology products for 10 companies, including the two most widely used K12 language proficiency assessments in the US. Brett has brought ground-breaking language solutions to the US defense and intelligence communities and has testified as a subject matter expert for the US House of Representatives. Brett has also been an accomplished singer and band leader in NYC and Dallas, TX.

Timothy earned his PhD in theoretical physics from Boston University. As vice president of a quantitative hedge fund, Timothy has designed predictive AI models and robust automated systems that directly manage billions of dollars of capital daily. Prior to his career in finance, he conducted research at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland, the world's premier particle physics research institute. Born in Dallas, Texas, Timothy attended the University of Notre Dame where he served as president of the Society of Physics Students.
